1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdb89 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing bdb89.pro, or using any bdb89 service, you confirm you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors browsing without registration.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the bdb89 platform. bdb89 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 4Deposits and Withdrawals

bdb89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on your account:

• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any unlawful means is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum thresholds: The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. These thresholds may be updated periodically and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Additional identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Betting and Gaming Rules

8Account Suspension and Closure

bdb89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published by bdb89.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being formally requested to do so.
• At the player's own request, including where the player wishes to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons including at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of bonus balances subject to wagering requirements will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

9Responsible Gaming

13Amendments to These Terms
